THERE IS ALSO A HUGE DEEP SPACE RILL STRUCTURE NEARBY

OVAL DEEP SPACE STRUCTURE AT NGC 5532

The oval deep space rill structure occupies roughly (120x180) arcminutes, it is roughly (2x3) times a typical Dss image plate which is 60x60 arcminutes.

This super large gravity wave rill structure shows up only in the wide band spectrum spread photo emulsion of a Dss 1st generation image. There is no trace of the rills in either of the Dss 2nd generation images (red and blue).

Source galaxy Ngc 5532 (whose histogram enhanced image first revealed rills to my rather amazed surprise - let loose a yelp I did), is too small to be recognized in the sharply reduced image composite above. The original is a 1st generation 60x60 arminute frame. You can see the original (and enhanced) images by clicking on the next two clicks. Ngc 5532 is a small galaxy object with a very small nearby companion, seen in the original.

The above rill oval is in company with several other major deep space rill structures of circular and oval shape, these are indexed with thumbnails here.

Deep space ovals and rill structures are also profiled here.

DARK HOLE IS A SILENT GALAXY

The Dss 2nd generation (blue) image for Ngc 5532 has a dark hole which actually looks like it has to be a dark (silent) galaxy when seen in reverse negative (shown at right).

The 'large' is a 60x60 arminute frame, where galaxy Ngc 5532 becomes hightened to an enlarged white area at the center of the picture. The original Dss image was roughly (3500x3500) in size - too big for features to be easily seen in context of an ordinary PC monitor's screen size. The 'large' image has thus been reduced to (2100x2100) in size.

BIG GALAXY WITH PUPPIES

Ngc 5532 is in a small cluster of galaxies and in the Dss original, enhanced rather vigorously, still can just be seen as a small confluence far distant in midscreen. When enhanced with Histogram Equalize, dim medias in the original photo (too dim to be discerned by normal human eyesight but still with significant wide ranges of dim light intensities), turn on to reveal a large galaxy surrounded by dwarf ellipticals crowding its local neighborhood, like a galaxy with puppies.

Galaxies with puppies are common, as seen for example in the Perseus galaxy cluster.

SUBSTANTIAL RADIO JETS

Galaxy Ngc 5532, central figure in a small cluster of small galaxies, has been observed to have substantial radio jets issuing in two directions.

Stereo views (merge two images together by eyesight) reveal substantial deep space structures here, every small object is a galaxy floating in a different 3d plane spherically around the center nux from which the twin jets issue from a point source, the jets themselves are each on its own 3d vector which means the symmetry is not identical between the east side vrs west side jets.

It means subtely different control factors are influencing each jet and each jet needs to be treated as a separate make-form phenomenon. (I only point this out, the spectacular math package equations specifying each iota of difference is for others who swap results for the kind of migrain headaches I get if trying to do fundamental physics hard core theoretical math. A boolean I am not repeat no way definately no boolean am I).

In the red, both jets initiate at a point closest to the camera, and both depart at a sharp declenation into rearspace away from us.

The radio jet, shown next (by radio astronomers) in high contrast modern art false colors, has a striking similarity to a radio jet seen in Centaurus A whose radio jet has also been shown in similar false colors.

CENTAURUS A RADIO JETS

Obviously the east and west jets in both radio displays are aligned along different orientations, the west jets for both active galaxies are similar, the east jet of Ngc 5532 hooks to the west and the hooked head is sticking out at a right angle alignment to its companion west end jet.

The Centaurus A east jet is bunched (probably due to foreward South/east motion of Centaurus A ploughing through sundry thick matter in the deep space area at Centaurus A) and is vectored more or less in opposite multi-polarity composites to its companion west jet.

In fact, if the Centaurus A object was viewed from the rear, from behind, the topological perspectives of the radio jets would reverse and it would seem not more like but even actually like the radio form of Ngc 5532 as already shown in stereo above.
