THE BARGE AND THE PEANUT - NGC 6745 - HOW YO-YO'S ARE FORMED

ORIGINAL - TWO SEPARATE OBJECTS ARE SEEN

ENHANCED - THE OBJECTS ARE JOINED BY A SPASH AND TENDRILS BEING DRAGGED BY THE SMALLER OBJECT

The splash is made of hot blue new stars from great percussives and pressures. Why it fades out to a tingle hooked sideways to the end of the smaller object is not revealed in the image. There may be a great deal of low glow matter there too dim to be seen in the normal eyesight lights used for the Hubble photo.

The hookup is riddled with tiny tight angle (right angle) elbow jogs coupled to tiny circular collars even an assembly (for instance progressing east in gene splicing code segments of thin jogs and circular collars and smoke rings. Poof jog poof jog ... rhythmic pulsations in the perscussions - (compression ... vacuum ... compression ... vacuum ...).

The floatilla of dark small objects of more or less uniform size peppering the dark areas surrounding the splash are bare pixel patches where enhancing has exceeded the limits of intrinsic content in the image.

SOME VIEWS FOLLOWING ARE SHOWN IN CONTEXT OF PIN POINT GALAXY CORES, SINCE NGC 6745 HAS A PIN POINT CORE

Pin point core of Ngc 6745,

These are images and captions from earlier studies and rounded up from three different sources in Visitastronomy.

Ngc 6745 AFTER COLLISION

Extremely
small tongue core
pimples up after collision in
Ngc 6745, the weeny little tongue
hardly a core at all except that
it is hot and yellow

Above,
two different
enhancements show subtle
differences in body and textures.
Immediately above, a very small dish can
be seen at a different horizon plane
around the center core pimple
which itself is a small
hot vertical object
not flat

The
core nearly
vanishes in an explosion
in size when the image is enhanced,
the explosion in size all pointing as leading
indicator graph gradients to missing mass.
Oh so much missing mass G R O 0 0 A N S
to be recognized by astronomers

Even
with the
enhancements
we know the Hubble
photo has not got all of
it, for instance, watch

Another
'thing' has
wound vertically
down over the sidebody
and has dived in under the
body slightly to the right of
its wind downhill, the curvature
of the 'others' trail consistent
with a gravity dominated
bending orbital
flightpath

A maximum attempt to see how large the barge is

Hubble Heritage Original - nice and tidy - neat - but bulk is absent

Being
diligent
I wanted to see
what the other galaxy
was that Hubble left out. A search
through dozens of Web astronomy sites and archives
yielded only one collisions image, from Dss. Wait till you see it

Here is the other cruise ship in the collision, which Hubble left out

No wonder
Hubble left it
out there is hardly
anything there. It is very
small, get out your magnifying
glass you can't miss it. How can a
bacteria confronting a water lice do
so much damage to a soft bodied life
form. Is it possible the bacteria
sailed in an arc only over the
upper edge, creating the
yo-yo arm, and the
broadside swipe
was from
before

Looking
like a yo-yo,
with two long thin
arms winding outer circle
parallel paths, this galaxy has
the likeable feature of showing us a
very nice example of yo-yo arms in
a galaxy, which are commonplace,
for instance yo-yoes are
obvious in the
Stephans
group, and
a new yo-yo seems
to have just been formed in Ngc 6745

NGC 6745 WITH A BRAND NEW YO-YO ?

Two yo-yo's - the lower one interrupted

It appears
the barge (big)
was closer in forground
space when the encounter event
first initiated with the dingy making
contact in rearspace at the upper left, as
the dingy continued to more around the rear flank
of the barge the barge was slowly drifting backward,
causing the thin band of excitement to gradually
narrow closing toward the main body and
as it happens left the event when
reaching the right tip of
the barge the two
now drifting
apart the
barge
drifting
rearward the
dingy drifting to
the right and continuing
slowly forward. This logically
seems to explain why the gap is wider at
the upper left of the barge where the yo-yo starts
and the dingy has actually drifted in on an arc over the barge.
As for deep space motions, more than one view is possible -
the barge is faster moving and came in from the
lower right heading west, clipping past
the dingy. The dingy is faster
moving coming on in
from the
upper rear
left clipping fast
past the barge in a forward
pass - both are also possibles, in lack
of a larger deep space view to see the whole situation

NGC 6745

From the Hubble images page

This Ngc 6745 collision event shows a streaming long tail still connected to the departing small galaxy that was cause of a new 'yo-yo' restructure to the large cigar shaped galaxy.

More Ngc 6745 are   here   and   here.

From the Integral arms page.
Long thin tendril links two in the final stages of rolling sideswipe at Ngc 6745. Rolling means the flea has rolled over the banana boat from the upper left to the lower right. Definately a gravity glue is linking the two. I know, says Inspector Luminous.
